Answers to common questions about using HobbyDeal while we're in early access
What is HobbyDeal?
HobbyDeal is in early-access. Today, you can create a free account, search recent sales for your cards, and start getting a feel for the upcoming marketplace and collection tools we are building.
Is HobbyDeal free during early access?
Yes. During early access, HobbyDeal is free to use. You can sign up, search pricing data, and explore new features as we release them. We'll share clear pricing and plan options before we introduce any paid tiers.
Where does the pricing data come from?
Our price search is powered by real sales data from major marketplaces, starting with eBay.
What is the beta program and who is it for?
The beta program is for collectors and dealers who want early access to in-progress features and are willing to provide feedback. When you opt in from your account settings, you may see experimental tools and occasional rough edges while we iterate.
When will buying, selling, and trading go live?
We're starting with pricing and collection tools, then gradually layering in marketplace and dealer workflows. We don't have a public date yet, but early-access users and beta participants will be the first to try these features.
Is there a mobile app?
HobbyDeal currently runs in the browser and is built to work well on desktop and mobile. Native mobile apps and API access are on the roadmap, and we'll share updates with early users as those get closer.
How can I share feedback or report an issue?
Your feedback is critical at this stage. You can use the contact form on the site to report bugs, suggest improvements, or tell us how you're using HobbyDeal. We read every message and use this input to shape what we build next.
